Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Owns problems and solves them proactively.
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day requests in-center.
• Help customers with Wi-Fi, packages, directions, and room setup.
• Coordinate and support center events and operations.
• Process invoices and connect customers to services as needed.
