Job summary

Allied Residential is hiring a Community Manager to oversee the operations, finances, and resident experience of an assigned community in the Puget Sound area. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, ensuring satisfaction, and guiding the on-site team to align with company standards.

You will lead daily operations, manage leasing processes, handle rent collections, and drive cost control and revenue opportunities while staying compliant with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management or related experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and mentor others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for residents and staff.
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Knowledge of financial reports, budgeting, and property operations.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Show available apartments and explain lease terms, processing leasing docs.
• Manage rent collections, deposits, and related accounting tasks.
• Address and resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments, amenities, and common areas.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the on-site community team.
• Review financial and operational reports and implement Cost/Revenue strategies.
• Monitor local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure safety, security, and company policy compliance.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
