Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations, drive occupancy, and lead the on-site team across properties in the Puget Sound region. The role emphasizes resident satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with company policies.

The Community Manager will travel to assigned communities, mentor staff, review performance metrics, and implement cost-control strategies while maintaining a welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management or related experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire, mentor, and hold others accountable.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Yardi property management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for complex situations.
• Strong problem-solving and sound judgement.
• Knowledge of financial reports, budgeting, and property operations.
• Experience with LIHTC, PBV, and Senior/Multi-Family properties.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to support operations.
• Oversee daily community operations and maintain a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Show apartments, explain lease terms, amenities, and community features, and process leasing documentation.
• Manage rent collections and related accounting per company policies.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the on-site team.
• Review financial and operational reports to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
• Participate in regular team meetings and required trainings.
