Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Community Manager to lead all community operations and deliver high resident satisfaction in the Washington, D.C. area. You will recruit, hire, onboard, and manage associates while guiding leasing, budgeting, and marketing efforts to achieve strong performance.

You will oversee staff, develop annual plans, and ensure service excellence through training, performance appraisals, and effective communication with leasing and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• Successful supervisory experience.
• 3+ years' experience in a property management role preferred.
• Ability to build, lead, and serve on teams.
• Strong marketing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team building.
• Ensure team meets BAL strategic drivers.
• Train staff on proper leasing techniques and resident service.
• Ensure property performance is maximized, including walking the grounds and inspecting apartments.
• Tour visitors to show amenities, apartments, models, community, etc.
