CCMC in Henderson, NV seeks a Community Manager/Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations for a master-planned community. You will engage residents, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with governing documents, safety rules, and association standards.

The role requires 2+ years in office/community management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. CAM license is preferred; full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an office environment, preferably in community management or similar experience.
• 2-3 years of industry experience in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; top-tier customer service.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
• Proficient with Windows environments.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Full-time schedule with occasional after-hours and weekend work.
• Pre-employment drug screen, driving record and background check required.
• CAM license preferred; required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and uphold community standards as required by governing documents and laws.
• Conduct monthly inspections using online programs to track, document, and notify homeowners of compliance issues; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Provide information and education to homeowners about Association living and Deed Restrictions.
• Oversee projects as directed; liaison to service contractors and vendors.
• Onsite point of contact for assessment collections and monitor payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with collection attorneys and AR representatives as related to collections.
• Work with the Design Review Committee in the Design Review process.
• Oversight of site staff and grounds teams.
• Daily interactions with residents and volunteers; attendance at Board and Committee meetings.
