Responsibilities

• Provide community and amenity tours for potential and current residents.
• Relay feedback on sales barriers and objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by leadership.
• Recommend local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and outreach across platforms to engage residents.
• Plan, promote and run customer experience initiatives and marketing opportunities.
• Represent the community positively and professionally at all times.
• Demonstrate proficiency with general community, market and policy knowledge.
• Log and file customer packages; maintain office and amenities.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests; ensure timely resolutions.
