Job summary

The Scion Group is hiring a Customer Experience Manager for a Flagstaff property. You will lead Experience Team Members, drive customer-centric initiatives, and support revenue goals while maintaining a high standard of service across the community.

Responsibilities include team development, turnover planning, on-site operations, and coordinating marketing events. This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration within a dynamic, customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferred; minimum two years in customer service, sales or community management.
• Ability to work up to six days per week during peak times; strong communication and organization.
• Willingness to foster a diverse, inclusive work environment and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching for Experience Team Members and ensure training compliance.
• Assist with turnover planning, move‑in/move‑out processes, and annual turnover execution.
• Manage on‑site property administration, coordinate work orders, and oversee facilities and maintenance feedback.
• Drive customer experience and sales initiatives, report KPIs, and guide marketing/events at the property.
• Support promotional material management and ensure alignment with budgets.
