Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Community Assistant for our brand-new lease-up property, Cora. Under the Community Manager, you will ensure excellent customer service and manage daily property operations to create a high-quality living environment for residents.

Your role emphasizes administrative duties while supporting revenue goals and occupancy targets. You will assist leasing, renewals, market research, and compliance with Fair Housing, Tax Credit, and occupancy standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in property management or related field.
• Experience with Yardi software and leasing processes is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize cash flow by increasing revenue and reducing delinquencies.
• Monitor leasing activities, renewals, and occupancy targets.
• Maintain resident files and ensure accurate tax credit compliance.
• Assist in marketing, show apartments, qualify applicants, and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Coordinate property operations, including inspections and service requests within 24 hours.
