Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead resident engagement, show apartments, and drive occupancy with strong customer service.

The role involves guiding prospects through the lease process, supporting marketing efforts, and coordinating with the Community Manager to meet leasing goals and uphold company policies. Evening and weekend hours may be required, along with Turn period duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through leasing process and close sales per guidelines.
• Assist in marketing and community events and social media promotion.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and handle inquiries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and property policies.
