Haven Collective in Upper Arlington (Columbus area) is seeking a part-time Community Manager to create a welcoming and efficient experience for every guest.

In this on-site role, you'll greet members, give tours, manage onboarding, and support space operations from coffee to vendor coordination.

The role offers a flexible schedule with potential to grow, starting 11 AM–3 PM, Monday–Friday, at $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
• Flexible availability to cover needs.
• Experience in hospitality, community engagement, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth.
• Give tours and share membership options (CRM/Lead Management).
• Support onboarding and help members feel at home.
• Be available to assist members in person, by phone, and via email.
• Brew coffee, restock supplies, and keep the space tidy.
• Monitor the coworking space and identify improvements for comfort or value.
• Manage incoming mail and packages.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries or maintenance.
• Support event planning and act as on-site contact for hosted events.
• Use coworking software to manage reservations, member access, and billing issues.
