Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador for the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, OH. This part-time role focuses on welcoming guests, guiding visitors, and providing information about amenities and local attractions.

You will handle retail tasks, rentals, and radio comms, while maintaining a high level of customer service. Availability for evenings and weekends is required, with a friendly, professional demeanor throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Bring at least six months of customer service experience.
• Previous POS experience is a bonus.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer queries in the Guest Services areas.
• Guide visitors to destinations and provide information on amenities.
• Assist with retail transactions, copying, faxing, and printing.
• Manage scooter and wheelchair rentals and operate a two-way radio.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
