Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks a friendly, organized Community Ambassador/Hospitality role in New York. You will greet visitors, answer inquiries, and coordinate meetings and events with attention to detail.

You’ll provide technical support for virtual meetings and manage mail, messages, and attendee communications. You will work closely with teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain confidentiality, and support onboarding via Cornerstone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service or front desk role.
• Ability to understand inquiries and provide effective responses.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and travel-friendly to support events.
• Team player with positive attitude and discretion with client information.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide courteous assistance at the front desk.
• Handle calls, route to appropriate personnel, and take messages.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics including venues and catering.
• Provide technical support for virtual meetings and video conferencing.
• Coordinate mail and package delivery; prepare meeting materials.
• Facilitate communication across departments and gather updates for the community.
• Support training initiatives and use Cornerstone platform for onboarding.
