Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Lead Guest Experience Associate in New York to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. You will manage conference spaces, coordinate arrivals, and deliver an elevated, professional experience.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work across teams, and a willingness to move around the workplace. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred, and safety lifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in a corporate or legal environment.
• Experience coordinating facilities, catering and AV for meetings.
• Ability to handle high-volume communication via email, Teams, and in person.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and move around the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Booking and managing day-to-day experience of conference rooms, visitor offices and MPR spaces.
• Awareness of arriving clients, candidates, visiting employees and guests for smooth arrivals.
• Provide elevated experience with proactive communication, sense of urgency and collaboration.
