Opensity is seeking a Guest Services Associate in New York to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. You will manage the day-to-day experience of conference rooms and common spaces, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

You will coordinate with facilities, catering and AV teams, handle high-volume communications by email, Teams, and in person, and move around the workplace rather than stay at a desk.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating facilities, catering, and AV is preferred.
• Ability to move around the workplace and support colleagues.
