Job summary

Edgewood Properties Inc. is seeking a full-time Concierge for The Pointe at Neptune, NJ. You will serve as the first contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming living experience and seamless operations.

The role requires weekend and evening availability with flexible shifts. Responsibilities include front desk oversight, event support, package management, and social media updates to showcase the community lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization are essential.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic MS Office knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk, greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Assist residents with inquiries, key/gate access requests, and service submissions.
• Coordinate and support resident events, parties, and milestone recognitions.
• Manage the package room, notify residents, and distribute deliveries.
• Assist with leasing materials, tours, and model/vacant unit readiness.
• Provide administrative support to the Property Manager as needed.
• Coordinate Sunday breakfast, including shopping, setup, and cleanup.
• Maintain social media updates highlighting community lifestyle and units.
