Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, enforce community standards, and coordinate with vendors and contractors. The role involves inspections, homeowner education, and collaboration with the Design Review Committee.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in an office setting and 2-3 years in a Community Manager type role, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an office environment, preferably in community management or similar experience.
• 2-3 years of industry experience in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with high customer service.
• CAM license preferred (Required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within 90 days of hire).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, driving record and background check.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and uphold community standards.
• Conduct monthly inspections and track compliance issues, ensuring safety and cleanliness of common areas.
• Provide information and education to homeowners about Association living and deed restrictions.
• Provide oversight of projects and liaise with service contractors and vendors.
• Be onsite point of contact for assessments and monitor payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with collection attorneys and AR representatives on assessments.
• Work with Design Review Committee during the Design Review process.
• Oversee site staff and grounds services teams.
• Interact with residents and volunteers; attend Board and Committee meetings.
