Job summary

Regus in Austin, TX seeks a Community Associate to support our center’s customers and operations. You'll help members, coordinate services, process invoices, and assist with events and center communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Assist center customers and manage daily operations in the community space.
• Coordinate services, print and process invoices, and support events.
• Help with room directions, AV setup, and inquiries from members.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming center and support the City Manager as needed.
