Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and routine requests to ensure smooth center operations.
• Set up equipment and assist customers with Wi-Fi codes and directions.
• Process invoices and ensure services are properly charged.
• Coordinate center events and network activities to engage members.
