Job summary

The Haven Coworking in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a Community Experience Associate to create a welcoming, inclusive coworking environment. This part-time role (roughly 20–30 hours per week) reports to the Director of The Haven.

Salary ranges from $20 to $22 per hour and bilingual candidates (Spanish preferred) are encouraged to apply. The organization complies with Oregon sick leave laws and supports accessibility considerations on site.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with members and guests.
• Experience with tours, sales, and membership growth.
• Technical proficiency with software and hardware used at front desk.
• Familiarity with AV equipment and software.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication with members and guests.
• Operate and manage the front of house, including supporting daily cleaning routines.
• Handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive membership growth through tours and sales, and support retention through community engagement.
• Operate both software and hardware with confidence and strong technical skills.
• Potentially support onsite events with setup and logistics.
