Job summary

The Ashford at Enclave in Northwood, Ohio seeks an Executive Director to lead the ground-up lease-up of a new seniors community. You will drive culture, operations, and patient- and family-centered experiences from day one, ensuring compassionate care and regulatory compliance.

You will manage the financial performance, supervise staff, and collaborate with marketing and sales to achieve occupancy targets while upholding the organization’s mission of love, compassion, and dignity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role (Senior Living preferred).
• Prior lease-up sales and marketing experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong leadership, supervisory ability, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lease-up and launch of the new community from the ground up.
• Develop and implement QA and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engage with residents and family members to foster a warm, values-driven environment.
• Oversee overall management and financial performance of the community.
• Provide hands-on supervision and empower staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Foster collaboration and problem-solving to maximize team satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize occupancy development.
