Silver Birch Living is building Silver Birch of Bedford Heights, a brand-new assisted living community opening in early 2027. We’re seeking an Executive Director to lead pre-opening and opening phases, shape the culture, and build a high-performing team committed to exceptional resident care.

You’ll ensure regulatory compliance with Ohio rules, drive occupancy and financial performance, and partner with families to inspire purposeful lives for residents.

Formación

• 5+ years as an Executive Director/Administrator in assisted living or long-term care.
• Knowledge of Ohio Assisted Living Regulations.
• Proven success in lease-up and occupancy growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.

We’re opening Silver Birch of Bedford Heights in Early 2027 – an affordable assisted living community dedicated to serving seniors in the Bedford Heights area. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Inspire Purposeful Lives for All.

We’re looking for a dynamic Executive Director to lead this community through its pre-opening and opening phases. This is a rare opportunity to build a new team, shape the culture, and make a lasting impact on seniors and their families.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director/Administrator in assisted living or long-term care
• Licensed Ohio nursing home administrator (preferred)
• Knowledge of Ohio Assisted Living Regulations
• Proven success in lease-up and occupancy growth
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
