Silver Birch Living is bringing a brand-new assisted living community to Canton, OH, with an opening scheduled for early 2027. We are seeking an Executive Director to lead the pre-opening and opening phases, build a high-performing team, and establish a culture of compassionate, compliant care.

This role demands strategic leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in occupancy growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director/Administrator in assisted living or long-term care.
• Licensed Ohio nursing home administrator (preferred).
• Knowledge of Ohio Assisted Living Regulations.
• Proven success in lease-up and occupancy growth.

We're opening Silver Birch of Canton in Early 2027 – an affordable assisted living community dedicated to serving seniors in the Canton area. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Inspire Purposeful Lives for All.

We're looking for a dynamic Executive Director to lead this community through its pre-opening and opening phases. This is a rare opportunity to build a new team, shape the culture, and make a lasting impact on seniors and their families.
