• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and event software (Greater Giving, Raiser's Edge NXT); Canva for design.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute signature fundraising events and manage vendor relations and run-of-show timelines.
• Own third‑party fundraising initiatives and serve as primary contact for hosts and donors.
• Lead event volunteers, training and deployment, and coordinate roles and logistics.
• Collaborate on event communications and social media content to support campaigns.
• Provide donor stewardship and support leadership with event logistics and volunteer coordination.
