Ronald McDonald House Oregon is seeking an Engagement Manager to support the Development team with event logistics, volunteer coordination, and donor engagement. You will help execute regional signature and third-party events while enabling the Director of Development to focus on major gifts and partnerships.

The role requires 3–5 years in nonprofit fundraising or event coordination, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends for events.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising event coordination, or community engagement.
• Demonstrated success in event execution, volunteer coordination, and/or third-party fundraising.
• Experience in nonprofit communication or marketing support is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Signature Event Support: plan and execute logistics for signature fundraising events and manage run-of-show timelines.
• Third-Party Event Ownership: identify and support third-party fundraisers and track revenue goals.
• Volunteer Coordination: lead volunteers, train them, and develop event-specific plans.
• Communications & Social Media Support: create event plans and schedule posts across social platforms.
• Giving Society & Donor Stewardship Support: assist in recognizing giving society events and donor communications.
• Leadership Board Coordination: provide logistical support for board activities and events.
• McDonald’s Round Up Recognition: promote Round Up initiative and engage local store partners.
