FirstService Residential in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a Lifestyle Coordinator to plan and execute resident events from conception to completion, including dances, parties, conferences, weddings and fundraisers while managing deadlines and budgets.

You will organize activities on and off premises, supervise clubs, coordinate catering, decor, lighting and sound, and publish monthly newsletters. Strong planning, vendor coordination and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong entertainment planning background.
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, mass email, database management).
• Able to work with vendors and crews on organizing events in a timely manner.

Responsabilités

• Organize resident activities, on and off premises, including dances, theme parties, holidays and events.
• Assess resident interests and participate in club development.
• Supervise catering, decor, lighting, sound for clubhouse activities.
• Coordinate preparation of internal publications and newsletters.
• Schedule events and manage calendars for the community.
• Oversee event budgets and ensure costs stay within guidelines.
