Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Lifestyle Manager to develop and execute lifestyle events at a large master-planned community. You will collaborate with the General Manager to plan activities, manage vendors, and promote resident engagement while delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality.

Ideal candidates bring a background in recreation or social event planning, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple events and budgets.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.

• Create and implement innovative activities, programs and events to build community.
• Design events promoting outdoor activity, wellness, creativity, family interaction, and community connection.
• Maintain strong customer service, hospitality, and organizational standards.
