Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Lifestyle Director to oversee the planning and execution of resident events from concept through completion. You will coordinate festivals, social gatherings, weddings, and meetings, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while delivering engaging experiences for the community.

In this role you will organize on- and off-site activities, supervise catering and decor, manage club development, and partner with vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1+ year as an Activities Coordinator or similar.
• Event planning experience is required.
• Strong background in entertainment planning.
• Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, email, database).
• Ability to work with vendors to organize events on time.

Responsibilities

• Organize resident activities on and off premises (dances, theme parties, holidays).
• Assess resident interests and develop clubs reflecting community needs.
• Supervise catering, decorating, and technical needs for events.
• Manage event budgets and schedules to meet deadlines.
