SCI is seeking a Community Engagement Manager in Maryland to implement strategies that improve access for people with disabilities, older adults, and families. You will work with a cross-functional team to build relationships with community partners, coordinate targeted outreach, and oversee I&R/navigation activities to reduce barriers.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., community development, human services, public administration) is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in community engagement, community relations, or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ working experience as supervisor or in Management in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a focused and prioritized community engagement strategy.
• Establish and maintain a portfolio of priority partners and relationships.
• Plan, coordinate, and represent SCI at targeted community events and initiatives.
• Provide oversight of I&R/Navigation activities and ensure timely guidance.
• Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate effectiveness and impact.
