You will build relationships with service coordinators, families, schools, hospitals, and community partners to grow referrals. The role combines outreach, marketing, and business development, requiring travel within Maryland, occasional evenings/weekends, and strong communication to promote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - or equivalent relevant experience.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Strong follow-through and ability to work independently.
• Experience in outreach, marketing, or business development within healthcare/human services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with service coordinators, families, social workers, hospitals, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the agency at community events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote services and build awareness.
• Organize webinars and outreach events to educate stakeholders about the agency's mission and programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for outreach-related inquiries and referrals.
