Career Team is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to expand our regional outreach and partnership network in Washington. You will represent the organization in conversations with external partners and stakeholders, coordinating outreach efforts and marketing activities to raise awareness of available services.

Under the supervision of the Program Director, you will build pipelines to engage employers in key industries, plan an access point model, and ensure adherence to funder protocols.
