SCI is seeking a Community Engagement Manager in Maryland to implement targeted strategies that improve access for people with disabilities, older adults, and families. You will work with a cross-functional team to enhance awareness, access, and navigation of services, focusing on underrepresented communities and equitable outreach.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in community engagement, community relations, or related field, ideally in nonprofit or health/social services.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a focused community engagement strategy aligned with SCI's mission and goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, providers, and access points to improve awareness and access to services.
• Plan, coordinate, and represent SCI at targeted community events and outreach initiatives.
• Provide oversight of Information & Referral (I&R)/Navigation activities to ensure effective guidance and connections.
• Establish processes to track activities, outcomes, and impact for continuous improvement.
• Supervise the Community Engagement Team and support staff development.
