Seec Corporation in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an experienced Community Engagement - Operations Manager to lead daily operations, coordinate supports in the community, and ensure person-centered planning is implemented with quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• BA/BS degree required; knowledge of services for people with disabilities preferred.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line resource for staff, individuals and families with planning and questions.
• Develop and participate in operational systems improvements within the department and across the agency.
• Support Community Engagement initiatives as requested by the Program Director.
• Follow pre-planning process for PCPs, review DSAT and SIPs, and approve services in the LTSS system.
• Monitor and enter services in the ICM database accurately.
• Develop or monitor CE systems for reporting metrics, calendars, rosters, and daily documentation.
• Assist Program Director and Front-Line Supervisors with CE recruitment and onboarding, including interviewing.
• Liaise with Partnerships, Knowledge Management, and external resources to share opportunities and community resources.
• Represent CE at meetings and events.
