Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy, build local relationships with ambassadors and studios, and support product seeding. They will develop and sustain local key relationships, providing synergistic value and a world-class guest experience on the floor.

The role requires 1 year in customer service or community engagement, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel to the assigned store.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement community strategy and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors and studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador opportunities and partnerships.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and celebrate differences.
