Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and local partners, and support product seeding and events. You will engage guests on the floor, share technical product education, and weave the community perspective into every guest interaction.

This role involves collaborating with store leadership, hosting local events, reviewing community data, and contributing to an inclusive team that celebrates differences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Experience in engaging diverse communities and building relationships with partners.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement the community strategy on the floor and events.
• Establish and manage relationships with ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios and partners.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and connect omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through partners and ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with leadership.
