Job summary

Cohere’s Regency at Montaine in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Communications and Engagement Manager to lead community engagement, resident communications, and programming for a vibrant 55+ active adult community. The role shapes events and partnerships to foster belonging and meaningful resident participation.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, relationship-building, and budget-management skills, plus experience coordinating community activities and working with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of management-level experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in community engagement, hospitality, event management, recreation management, nonprofit management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a dynamic community engagement strategy reflecting Montaine's brand and culture.
• Plan and execute signature events, social activities, clubs, lifelong learning, and community celebrations.
• Collaborate with residents to identify interests and establish meaningful traditions.
• Use feedback and participation data to improve programming.
