The Grove Frisco, Cohere’s master-planned community in Frisco, Texas, seeks a Director of Community Engagement to lead resident experiences and communication strategy onsite. You will oversee programs, events, and partnerships, shaping a connected community that thrives through meaningful engagement.

With 10+ years in community or nonprofit settings and a talent for leadership and collaboration, you’ll drive a long‑term vision, manage a team, and report to the Board across a dynamic and growing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in community-based organizations, nonprofit management, or related fields.
• Direct experience working with and reporting to a Board of Directors.
• 7+ years supervising and leading professional staff.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement and communications strategies for The Grove Frisco.
• Develop programs, events, clubs, and volunteer opportunities to strengthen community life.
• Manage the onsite Community Life team and ensure high-quality execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, partners, and stakeholders; report to the Board.
