Cohere at Regency at Montaine in Castle Rock, CO seeks a Communications and Engagement Manager to lead community engagement, resident communications, and programming for a 55+ active adult community.

You will develop signature events, resident clubs, and partnerships, building belonging and meaningful opportunities for involvement. Collaboration with residents and local partners is essential.

Formación

• College degree in a relevant field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of management-level experience.
• 3–5 years in community engagement, hospitality, event management, recreation management, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating engaging content.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead a dynamic community engagement strategy reflecting Montaine's brand, vision, and culture.
• Plan and execute events, social activities, clubs, lifelong learning, and celebrations.
• Collaborate with residents to identify interests and establish meaningful traditions.
• Use feedback and participation trends to improve programming.
