The role oversees citizenship, language learning education programs, multilingual digital inclusion, and adult education across HPL locations, collaborating with education providers and training staff for measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Citizenship, English and Language Learning education programs across the library system.
• Lead the development of adult education programs including multilingual digital inclusion and immigrant family learning.
• Coordinate programs across Central Library and Neighborhood Libraries with education providers.
• Demonstrate excellent communication to colleagues and external partners; lead trainings and curricula direction.
• Engage across communities and organizations to foster sustained collaboration.
• Provide programme implementation experience with volunteer management.
• Establish performance measurements to evaluate program impact.
• Respond to inquiries and manage administrative tasks like reporting and documentation.
