Qualifications

• Master’s in Library Science from an ALA-accredited program.
• 1 year of full-time customer service experience showing empathy, good communication, and problem-solving.
• Experience designing, planning, and delivering educational activities for adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist the public at multiple locations and guide book selections.
• Plan, coordinate, and promote programs for all ages, including story times and summer reading.
• Provide reader's advisory and reference services to library patrons.
• Develop Innovation Lab and Maker Space activities and market through social channels.
• Compile activity reports and work with staff to improve services.
