Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Aria Landings, a 320-unit apartment community in Fort Myers, FL. You will manage day-to-day operations, maximize occupancy, resident retention, and property appearance while maintaining compliance and ensuring excellent service.

Qualifications include a 2-year degree (4-year preferred) in a related field and 3+ years of multifamily property management experience; ARM/COS/RAM designations are a plus.

Formación

• 2-year degree in a related field; 4-year degree preferred
• Three years of multifamily property management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; second language a plus
• Ability to lead a team and manage budgets and compliance

Responsabilidades

• Maximize occupancy and resident retention across the community
• Oversee day-to-day property operations and staff
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor management, and safety programs
• Prepare budgets, audits, and reporting for ownership
