Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Aria Landings, a 320-unit apartment community in Fort Myers, FL. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations and resident relations.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, availability for evenings and weekends, and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi. We offer a competitive salary, bonus potential, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
