Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Aria Landings, a 320‑unit property in Fort Myers, FL. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive occupancy and resident satisfaction, manage staff, and ensure financial controls while maintaining the property’s curb appeal.

Ideal candidates will have a 2-year degree (4-year preferred) and 3+ years in multifamily management, with strong communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of Yardi and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year (4-year preferred) degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention and compliance.
• Hire, train, evaluate and supervise staff per policy and laws.
• Foster positive resident relations and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to financial directives.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, lease signings, and renewals with attention to detail.
