Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Aria Landings, a 320-unit community in Fort Myers, FL. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations, drive resident satisfaction, and help maintain budgeted occupancy and financial goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
