Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Aria Landings, a 320 unit community in Fort Myers, FL. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations, occupancy, budgeting, and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
