Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Aria Landings, a 320-unit apartment community in Fort Myers, FL. You will oversee daily operations, occupancy, resident retention, budgeting, and staff supervision to maintain a safe and appealing community.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year preferred) in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong accounting/administrative background; MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, and resident retention across properties.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; ensure policy compliance and performance reviews.
• Oversee move-ins/outs, lease signings, and annual audits.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain positive community relations.
• Monitor budgets, purchasing, and vendor contracts; ensure timely reporting.
