Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Aria Landings, a 320-unit apartment community in Fort Myers, Florida. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations, focusing on occupancy, resident relations, and service quality to meet financial goals.

This on-site role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, familiarity with Section 8/Section 42 or Market Rate programs, and flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
