Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Attain and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supervising hourly associates and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Model exceptional customer service and lead initiatives to improve the customer experience.
• Assist in financial performance analysis, expense control, and strategic planning to meet sales goals.
