Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
• Associates will be required to attend trainings such as Academy/Open Door trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and community engagement initiatives with associates and managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, asset protection, and safety controls.
• Develop and coach hourly associates, assign duties, evaluate performance and recognize achievements.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring sales and controlling expenses.
• Provide guidance on company programs and open-door policy to ensure ethical practices.
