Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred).
Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing (preferred).

Responsibilities

Initiates and participates in community outreach programs with associates and managers.
Champions company programs, events and sustainability efforts.
Ensure compliance with policies; analyze reports and monitor asset protection and safety controls.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and support store initiatives.
Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements and controlling expenses.
