Job summary

Walmart in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a store leadership professional to initiate and participate in community outreach while guiding associates and managers to uphold the company’s values and customer focus.

This role supports the store manager in driving sales and profit, analyzes reports, monitors safety and asset protection, and mentors hourly associates. Qualifications include 2 years of college or equivalent supervisory experience; Live Better U education program preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc. (completion required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly associates in assigned area; hire, train, mentor, assign duties and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and ethics; monitor asset protection and safety controls.
• Drive financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals; analyze PL statements and control expenses.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and promote a culture of belonging and exceptional customer service.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
